Barbara A. Weiss died March 2 at Unity Hospice in DePere, surrounded by family and friends.  Barb was born October 31, 1939 to Anna and Albert Weiss and grew up in Kaukauna with her older sisters, Marian and Lucille, who preceded her in death.

Barb played softball in her youth and enjoyed a good card game, but her greatest love was her animals. She was an active member of American Legion Auxiliary Post 41.

Barb will be fondly remembered for her determined attitude and her wry sense of humor.

She is survived by many friends and her nieces and nephews: Sharon Bostic, Donald (Theresa) Christenson, Daniel (Nanci) Christenson, Cynthia (Charles) Thiel, and Richard Christenson.

Visitation will be held Thursday, March 9, 2023 at HOLY CROSS PARISH (309 Desnoyer Street, Kaukauna) beginning at 10:30 a.m. until time of Mass at 11:00 a.m.  The Rev. Raja Selvam, O.F.M. Cap., will officiate.
