Anne A. Ourada, Little Chute, age 101, died Sunday January 6, 2013 at Parkside Care Center. She was born in Sheboygan on February 3, 1911 to the late Joseph and Agatha (Strazes) Kristzonas. Anne worked at H.C. Prange Co. in Sheboygan when she was young. That's where she met a young Fabian Ourada, whom she married on September 19, 1933. Anne enjoyed crafts and sewing. She also liked to camp, travel and play cards with her grandchildren, dance and her occasional Old Fashion.
Anne is survived by her sons: Donald (Susan), Combined Locks; James (Nancy), Neenah; and Michael (Mary), Little Chute; grandchildren: Dianne (Tony) Groeschl, Timothy (Trudi), Thomas, Scott (Jennifer) and Jay (Amy) Ourada; Jill (Robert) Bartling, Mark (Tracy) and Eric Ourada; Stephanie (Brian) Gloudemans, Michael (Jennifer) Ourada and Heidi Ourada (special friend Joe Farah); great grandchildren: Anthony, Zachary and Ross Groeschl, Tony (Christine) Lom, Nicholas, Paige, Grace, Patrick, Mitchell, Parker and Evan Ourada; Katie, Adam and Matthew Bartling, Taylor Holden and Jens Ourada; Austin, Parker and Olivia Gloudemans, Allyson Walters, Brett and Carly Ourada, Brandon, Madalynn, McKenna and Mylie Lamers, McGregor and Madeline Farah; and great great grandchild: Ayden Lom. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In addition to her parents, Anne was preceded in death by her husband Fabian on April 22, 1991; Fabian's parents: John and Augusta (Kreiglstein) Ourada; her grandson Stephen Ourada; and siblings: Joseph, John, Cassie, Matthew and Paul.
Visitiation will be held Thursday January 17, 2013 at ST. JOHN NEPOMUCENE CATHOLIC CHURCH (323 S. Pine St. Little Chute) beginning at 2:00 p.m. until time of Mass at 5:00 p.m. The Rev. Msgr. James Vanden Hogen will officiate. Committal St. Paul Cemetery, Combined Locks.
Anne's family would like to thank the staff and doctors of Parkside Care Center for the beautiful care and love shown to her for the past 2 years. They also are grateful to the staff at Sheelin House in Darboy where Anne lived prior to her time at Parkside. The Ourada's would also like to thank Fr. Ron Belitz and Msgr. James Vanden Hogen for their visits to Parkside to pray with Anne.
