Ann (Vanden Wyngaard) Hoffman, age 65, was united with the Lord on Tuesday, September 17, 2024, following a brief battle with cancer. Ann was born on April 14, 1959, the daughter of the late Joseph and Evelyn (Nowak) Vanden Wyngaard. She married Dennis Hoffman on May 28, 1982.

Ann is survived by her husband of 42 years, Dennis; daughters, Donna (friend Troy Veyon) and Katie; her grandchildren, Austin and Skylie; and her siblings and siblings-in-law: Harold Vanden Wyngaard, of Kaukauna; Wayne Vanden Wyngaard, of Appleton; Steve Vanden Wyngaard, of Menasha; Bruce (friend Lisa) Vanden Wyngaard, of Kimberly; Mike Vanden Wyngaard, of Kimberly; Mark (Jennifer) Vanden Wyngaard, of Neenah; Mary (Daryl) Baumgart, of Kaukauna; Barb (friend Steve) Leach, of Appleton; Lois (Jim) Jansen, of Kaukauna; Sharon (friend Larry) Treichel, of Larson; and Patty (Terry) Couiter, of Mesa, AZ.

Ann is preceded in death by her parents, her brothers: Glen, Don, and Jeffrey Vanden Wyngaard; he sisters-in-law: Pam and Cheryl Vanden Wyngaard; her step-father, Ralph Hansen; and her parents-in-law.

Visitation will be held October 3, 2024 at O'CONNELL FUNERAL HOME (1776 E. Main Street, Little Chute) beginning at 1:00 p.m. until the time of Funeral at 2:30 p.m. with Deacon Steven Vande Hey officiating. Committal Holy Name Cemetery, Kimberly.
