Allen E. Lamberies, Black Creek, age 80, passed away Monday, December 19, 2016 at Cherry Meadows with his girls at his side. Al was born in Gresham, WI, the son of Cubby Lamberies and Leona (Lawrence) Russell. He served in the U.S. Navy for four years.

Al was a member of the Lucky Wheels Motorcycle Club and enjoyed racing bikes in his younger days. Hunting was a huge part of his life. He hunted everything from fox, raccoon and of course his bucks. Al enjoyed painting his bikes and had been known to paint them more than once until they were just right.

Buying his "farm" in Black Creek gave him a lot of joy. He loved that land! Al did body work for Sturm Auto Body, was a self-employed semi driver and retired from the Operating Engineers Local 139. After his retirement, he enjoyed spending time in warmer weather and traveled to Florida and Texas each winter.

Al is survived by his daughters: Kim (Pete Mooney) Lamberies of Kaukauna and Chris (Terry) DeValk of Appleton; grandchildren: Nina (Ryan) Landau, Rachel DeValk, David and Will Lamberies-Mooney; two great grandchildren: Sofie DeValk and Nakio Landau; sisters: Karen (Jim) Carroll, Pam (Al) Wilber, Becky Lamberies-Peters and SuZie Lacy; and brothers: Cubby (Bonnie) and Jeff (RaLinda) Lamberies. He is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

There will be a celebration of Al's life on January 7, 2017 at the Y Go By Bar (W4506 County Road S, Appleton) from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. His family would love for you to come share memories of Al. To help our veterans, a memorial is being established to benefit the Patriot Guard Riders.

Dad, I hope your "ride" takes you to see all your biker buddies that have gone before you. I will love you always. Chrissy
